Witton

Benefits
The proposed single wind turbine development at Witton Hall Farm, near Witton in Norfolk, has the potential to provide all the clean, green energy needs for 1,300 homes for the next 25 years.

Wind Power Renewables has committed to the establishment of a community fund, in proportion to project size. Local people will guide the use of the fund and the wind farm will support the administration and delivery. The fund will receive an annual top-up from the project of typically £1000 per installed Megawatt of capacity. For Witton this fund is expected to receive over £3,000 per annum, this will equate to well in excess of £75,000 over 25 years.
