November 2009 - During the EIA process and detailed wildlife studies bitterns were observed and therefore the project has been put on hold until further notice.

Background

• March 2008 - WPRL submits a scoping request for an Environmental Impact Assessment to construct a wind three turbine development at Manor Farm near Stalham in Norfolk.
• March 2008 - Surveys are begun as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment.
• April 2008 - A public exhibition in relation to the proposed development takes place.
• June 2008 - North Norfolk District Council provided Wind Power Renewables Ltd (WPRL) with a scoping opinion.
• During EIA process and detailed wildlife studies and subsequently the finding breeding bitterns the project has been put on hold until further notice.
