As the winds of change blow through the energy industry, Andy Hilton can offer extensive experience and expertise to guide them in the right direction.

British-born, he has spent more than 25 years in the offshore and marine industry and has steered projects worth more than £1.8bn and with a capacity of 1.6gw. A long career in the oil and gas industry managing projects in the Middle and Far East, returning to the UK to successfully head the £75m high-profile Scroby Sands offshore wind farm project at Great Yarmouth, working as Powergen's project manager.

In 2004, he joined Centrica Energy as renewables construction manager with responsibility for implementing their six offshore wind farm projects at Barrow, Lynn, Inner Dowsing, Lincs, Race Bank and Docking Shoal.

He also successfully managed Centrica's first renewable project, the Glens of Foudland wind farm in Aberdeenshire, built with minimum disruption to the local population

New to the team is Annette Ward, she comes in to help drive the Ecology issues and manage the environmental studies and many surveys that are required by stakeholders.

Annette who worked for both ADAS and Defra has been worksing as a agricultural project management consultant specialising in Environmental Stewardship Schemes, Entry Level Stewardship Schemes and Higher Level Stewardship Schemes. Identifying and condition scoring all environmental features on farms, as well as submitting applications, often involving liaising with Norfolk Wildlife Trust, The Broads Authority, RSPB, English Nature and Norfolk Archaeology Unit.

Annette brings a wealth of experience and solid environmental project management to the team and will be instrumental in achieving our developement goals.

Another new member to the team is Tom Hilton, currently completing his secnd year at Plymouth University where he is reading Environmental Science. When he can he is bringing his knowledge of environmental issue to help with projects.
